Biography
Hi, I am a senior majoring in Chemistry and Spanish. I joined the Ge Group in June of 2025, where I have done research on the Lung Extracellular Matrix proteome using mass spectrometry (MS)-based bottom-up proteomic techniques. My current project focuses on adapting and modifying our current protein extraction protocol to create a more sensitive method that can utilize biopsy-sized tissue quantities, in order to expand our MS analysis to lung biopsy samples.
