Biography
Hi friends! I’m Vicki, and I’m currently a junior majoring in Microbiology & Global Health with a certificate in health policy! I joined the Blackwell group in January 2026, where I’m exploring inhibition of quorum sensing in Staphylococcus aureus. My current project focuses on mapping key residues for different peptide ligand binding on the AgrC receptor in S.aureus. Though I’m passionate about research, I also love to hike, read, and cook in my free time! Feel free to reach out with any questions!
