Biography
Hi! I’m Vash, a senior majoring in Chemistry with a certificate in Life Sciences Communication. I work in the Berry lab, where I’m currently helping with a kinetic isotope effect study for a catalyst developed by the group, among other analytical responsibilities. Some of my other experiences in chemistry include two co-ops in analytical laboratories and a summer internship with the WSLH performing inorganics testing. I’ve also worked as a general chemistry lab assistant and as a writing tutor. I’m a returning adult/transfer student (studied Chemical Engineering for 3 years at Northeastern University) and openly non-binary, and am happy to help others with similar backgrounds navigate chemistry and research. I love being able to help people from all backgrounds, though, so feel free to contact me with questions!
